Homecoming

It was slightly touch-and go with the weather, but yesterday evening Br. Paul Mary, F.SS.R. and Br. Xavier Maria, F.SS.R. arrived home to Papa Stronsay from Christchurch New Zealand. They are staying on Papa Stronsay for two months.

The brothers were picked-up from Glasgow airport and are seen here driving off the Stronsay ferry.

Welcome home!

A joyous homecoming after a long journey from the other side of the world!

On the way home, they collected the next issue of Catholic. Here it's being loaded onto the boat.

And Br. Paul Mary

First step back onto Papa Stronsay ground.

We flew the New Zealand flag for their return!

Thank you for the photos. Lovely to see those smiling faces safe and well. The snow has all gone and the sun is shining and even the after-shocks are not too harsh. We will miss you both but please have a happy and holy break and come back to us in October. Promise to look after things here.
God Bless,
Lenore and Gracie

Eternal thanks to Our Lady, Star of the Sea, and to Her Divine Son and St. Joseph, for the safe return of the Brothers. The photos and news are very encouraging, and lifts one's spirits. May Our Lady continue to bless you all.
